A smart solution
Optimising your production targets starts with high quality smart machines. For this we make punching and bending machines which can produce several products simultaneously. For instance, the casing as well as the doors of electric cabinets in the electronics industry. This added value offers solutions with which you can optimise your production. For today and tomorrow.
Electrical low and high voltage cabinets (up to 2 mm thick) are constructed of casing and covers with special bending (cabinet depths up to 400 mm from one piece) in which different fixing components and safety components are mounted. Our punching and bending machines can automatically add these products, leading to direct savings in your production process.
In combination with the high output (up to four products per minute) our added value speaks for itself.
WEMO designs unique and flexible solutions for the production of casing and covers for electrical cabinets in the electronics industry. These fully-automatic punching and bending machines deliver a high output against low costs. By automatically adding fixing components and connections, our punching and bending machines ensure substantial savings. In combination with the superior quality (100% closed corners), this ensures continual optimisation of your production process.

The ’78 Camaro doors had some alignment issues, so Kevin did some prying with a dinging spoon to get them flush and then had to weld the top edge of the door to get the correct gap. The bottom edge was a little tight, so he shows a technique for making the gap larger so it’s even the entire way around the door.
The Zed Sled is coming along nicely and will be a Pro Touring beast by the summer of 2015 – just in time for the Eastwood Summer Classic Car Show in Pottstown, PA.
Kevin even brings you great coverage from SEMA 2014 in Las Vegas where he ran into Tim Strange of Strange Motion before getting an up-close look at the amazing ’66 Mustang built by Chris Slee of Kiwi Customs.
