A. double Screw extruder: equipped with automatic loader and gear box
B. Mould； we will supply the mould according to your need.
If your product is big, we suggest one mould produce one piece
If your product is small, we suggest two moulds produce two pieces at the same time.
C. Vacuum sizing platform: to make the fixed size and shape you need via vacuum sizing mould suck vacuum.
D. Water cooling tank: 6000mm length stainless steel tank
E. Haulf off machine: 2 or 4 caterpillars. With pneumatic fasten adjustment function.
F. Cutting machine: cut the size you need
G. Stacking machine: profile collection device. 6000mm stainless steel plate
Mixter: mix the pvc powder and additives
Crusher: crush the wastage in production or the unqualited products
Miller: reuse the crushed material.
laminating or hot-stamping machine: for making surface design on the pvc ceiling.
