Who says summer picnics have to be all about hamburgers and hotdogs?! Cookies – especially these lookalike grills – make great picnic food too! (Not to mention fabulous summertime party favors!) Scale them down into Hibachi-style grills by eliminating the legs, or jazz them up by placing candy inside the grill before applying the grate.

Grill bottom: 4 ½- to 4 ¾-inch round cookie shaped over 3-inch silicone hemisphere (excess dough at bottom will need trimming); 1 3/16-inch round scored in bottom with three (¼ -inch) holes cut along scored line about ½ inch apart
Cutters for cutting fondant trim for edge of grill bottom: 3 ½-inch and 2 7/8-inch rounds
Grill lid: 3 ¾-inch round cookie shaped over 3-inch silicone hemisphere
Ground: 4 ½-inch round
Grease catch: 1 7/8-inch round shaped over 3-inch silicone hemisphere with three (¼-inch) holes cut about ¼ inch away from edge, about 1 inch apart
Wheels: 7/8-inch rounds
Side table: 2 x 3-inch rectangle to start; scalloped edge cut with a 3 ¼-inch round cutter about 7/8 inch away from 2-inch side
Cookie legs: Cut to about 3 ½ inches in length
Piped grate: About 2 ¾ inches in diameter; should fit inside the 3-inch grill bottom
